Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between Trésor By Ninel (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the tresorsbyninel.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").
Article 2 - Products
The products offered are natural cosmetics of Moroccan origin. Descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible, but may show slight variations due to the artisanal nature of the products.
Article 3 - Price
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 - Order
The Buyer places an order online via the website. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC and constitutes proof of the sales contract.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Payment is due immediately upon order.
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery times are indicative:
• Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
• Europe: 5 to 10 working days
• International: 7 to 14 working days
Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer and calculated during the order.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
For unopened products, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.
Article 8 - Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and subsequent of the Consumer Code.
Article 9 - Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of allergic reaction. It is recommended to test the products on a small area before use.
Article 10 - Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the Buyer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Article 11 - Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
